“Аk-Bermet” Boarding house
The Ak-Bermet boarding house was established in 1998 on the basis of the existing Zhemchuzhny boarding house. In 2011, the active development and expansion of the boarding house began. Today, the boarding house has 3 buildings, 12 cottages, a restaurant and a dining room. The total number of beds is 400 units. In the near future, the boarding house is planned to be transformed into a year-round sanatorium. Since Soviet times, the issues of systemic functioning have been resolved. There was a dining room, sleeping quarters, industrial buildings, an established water supply and sanitation system. As the boarding house grows and new buildings are built, the need for life sources such as water and electricity is growing. The first sewage treatment plants were built back in Soviet times according to the standard project "KU-200". Constant breakdowns and considerable operating costs lead to the decision to build a new wastewater treatment system. In 2010, filtration fields were built (similar to sewage treatment plants). Further expansion plans involved the construction of new buildings and cottages, unfortunately, the filtration fields occupied a large area and this system does not provide for an increase in capacity. In this regard, the hotel management decided to build new sewage treatment plants that meet all modern standards of cleaning.
