The "Kapriz" Recreation Center is one of the flagships of the hotel business on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. The number of rooms is more than 1,500 beds. Taking into account restaurants and the private sector, the amount of wastewater on the territory of the recreation center exceeds 400 m3/day. The effluents were directed to underground filtration fields built back in the early 2000s. But over the entire period of operation, these underground filtration fields have been rehabilitated several times, which each time cost considerable financial costs.. In the spring of 2015, the "Kapriz" management decides on the construction of local treatment facilities TOPAS 500 m3 / day. The treatment facilities are 100% coping with their function and fully satisfy the technical request of the management of the Central Control Center. After all, initially, when the construction of sewage treatment plants was planned, a large garden was laid out nearby, which is planned to be watered with purified water from sewage treatment plants. The design of the treatment facilities is designed in such a way that when switching to the winter period, the power is reduced by 75%, which accordingly reduces power consumption. Aftertreatment is carried out with mesh drum filters and bactericidal UV lamps.
