Kant city
Kant sewage treatment plants, built in the 70s, are a complex operating according to the classical scheme of biological purification. It includes primary and secondary settling tanks, aerotanks and silt pads. In 2021, our company won the EBRD's international tender for the modernization of these facilities. During the modernization, more than 1,200 meters of aeration membrane were installed to optimize the oxygen saturation process, which significantly increased the efficiency of cleaning operations. In addition, two new Kubicek machines were installed instead of the outdated 100 kW/h blowers, each with a power of 37 kW/h and equipped with a frequency controller for a smoother start. This made it possible to reduce electricity consumption by up to 40% and increase aeration efficiency fourfold, which makes the process more economical and environmentally friendly.
